EVOLVh Shampoo & Conditioner Review

Over the years, I’ve tried countless green beauty haircare products and it’s been a struggle to find haircare products that I really love. I had originally heard about EVOLVh a few years ago when I first heard about Petit Vour, but for some reason I had never tried their shampoo and conditioner. I think at the time, the most popular natural haircare brands were Rahua and Yarok and there weren’t very many bloggers talking about EVOLVh. However, now there are much more green beauty haircare options like Innersense Beauty (another brand I recommend) and Siam Seas (this is on my wishlist!). While I tend to rotate my haircare products, EVOLVh has quickly become one of my favorites! If you haven’t found a natural haircare product you like, you have to check out EVOLVh.

The EVOLVH UltraShine Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner both have a great ingredient list with 95% of the ingredients being natural and organic. They are also sulfate-free, paraben-free, and color-safe. I love the scent of their products and if you have thick, straight hair like me, I highly recommend trying out their haircare line. So far, I’ve tried the EVOLVh UltraShine Moisture Shampoo, UltraShine Moisture Conditioner, and the SmartStart Leave-In Conditioner. The shampoo lathers nicely and I think that if you’ve been struggling to find a non-toxic shampoo that feels similar to conventional products, then you will love EVOLVh. You don’t have to sacrifice performance when switching to cleaner, ethical products and I think EVOLVh fills that gap in the green beauty world quite nicely. The conditioner is AMAZING and is my favorite product of the bunch. It’s very moisturizing and actually helps detangle my hair and tame my frizz. Both products smell lovely and have a clean, floral scent that is slightly reminiscent of salon products without being irritating or overpowering.

I’ve already repurchased both the shampoo and conditioner twice, which says a lot about how much I love them since I tend to drift from one brand to another. I received the leave-in conditioner from two different beauty boxes, so I haven’t yet had to repurchase it, but if you are looking for a natural, vegan leave-in conditioner, I recommend trying EVOLVh. It’s moisturizing but not too heavy, so it doesn’t weigh down your hair. As an added bonus, it also makes your hair smell really good.

The only con of these products is that they are a bit pricey, but since the bottles are 8.5 fl oz. I find that they do last a long time and are well worth the higher price tag. I usually wait until there is a sale at Dermstore and they often have sales with 20% coupon codes, which can be combined with your ebates cash back account to save even more $$. If you shop at Petit Vour, you earn 20% back in rewards on all purchases, so that’s another great option to save some $$ and support cruelty-free brands at the same time. They also have the mini-travel-size versions, which are a great way to try EVOLVh products or to take them with you on your adventures. 🙂
